Team Green Adventures is Tennessee’s outdoor adventure leader with a 14 year history. Through our partnership with Lightning 100, we promote Health, Community Service, and Environmental Awareness through Adventure. We hope to instill a respect for the environment, a desire to explore new adventures, and a craving for challenge beyond everyday boundaries.

Team Green Treks
Belmont Collegiate Climbing Competition
March 20, 2010
Team Green rock climbers attended the Belmont Climbing Competition in Cool Springs as volunteers and judges to help spread the word to the southeastern college community everything that Team Green offers. While there Team Green Wilderness First Aid Certified TAG members came to the rescue to help a climbing participant after he dislocated his shoulder. (He is now on a path to quick recovery).

Big River Race
Sunday, March 21st
Ten race contestants in eight very enthusiastically decorated boats raced down the Harpeth River, in the cold rain, for a chance to win their own Big River whitewater adventure down California's Tuolumne River.

Outdoor Day Climb: Kings Bluff
Saturday, March 13th
King and Queens Bluff in Clarksville is a great local climbing area for first time and intermediate climbers alike. Although we woke to rain in the morning, we were pleased to find ample dry rock to climb on!

Wednesday Fun Runs
Every Wednesday at 6pm
Team Green Adventures has partnered with East Nasty Running Club, a group of East Nashville residents who gather together for a 3-5 mile run each week. Between January and April 2010 MGD 64 sponsored the MGD 64- 64 Mile Club, challenging all Nashville runners age 21 and up to run 64 miles before the Country Music Marathon.
