Team Green Adventures is Tennessee’s outdoor adventure leader with a 14 year history. Through our partnership with Lightning 100, we promote Health, Community Service, and Environmental Awareness through Adventure. We hope to instill a respect for the environment, a desire to explore new adventures, and a craving for challenge beyond everyday boundaries.

Every year Team Green heads south to Lookout Mountain for car camping and the purest form of flight, hang gliding.

Team Greeners had a very eye opening experience on the Machu Picchu trail in Peru this summer, spending almost two full weeks traveling and hiking amongst the ruins.

13th Birthday Mixer: YMCA & Standard
July 28, 2009
Team Green just turned 13 to to celebrate our teen years we threw a ball (not a round one, a big one) at the Downtown YMCA and The Standard ballroom. Team Greeners went on a scavenger hunt through the YMCA to earn giveaway tickets for our special prizes, then walked a block down the road for cake and music.

Intro to Sailing

At this Member Only event Team Greeners engaged in a short classroom session, then loaded onto sailboats with 3-5 others to take the helm, learn the ropes, and race it out.
