Who is Team Green?
Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! Through adventure we promote health, community service, and environmental awareness. Check out our calendar and pick the adventure that’s right for you!

WOMEN'S MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDES
Details
When
Sunday, October 19th at 9am
Join SORBA Middle TN & Team Green for our monthly women’s mountain bike rides! These rides are open to women only and are for all levels (i.e. beginner friendly). We will move the rides around each month to give a little variety and, depending on who shows up, we will tailor the ride to meet everyone’s needs. You will never be left behind on one of these rides! The goal of the monthly rides is to help women have fun and feel less intimidated by riding and learning with other women of similar ability levels. If you are new to the sport, are tired of riding with the guys, want to meet other women that like to ride, or you simply love any excuse to ride your bike, come join us.
OCTOBER: Sunday, October 19th, 9am, Long Hunter
Rain cancels. You will need to bring a mountain bike (hybrids are okay, but should at least have front suspension) w/ knobby tires, a helmet, and a water bottle or hydra-pack. If you are new to the sport or haven’t ridden in a while, you may want to take your bike to your local bike shop to make sure everything is in working order and fits you properly before your first ride. If you have any questions, please email Shana Culberson at shanaculberson@yahoo.com.
