Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! URBAN WALK & MIXER

Join us Saturday, November 8th at 12:30pm for an urban walk through Downtown! The walk will be led by Mark Deutschmann, CEO of Village Real Estate and urban residential expert. Mark will discuss Nashville’s real estate market in light of the current economy, the Riverfront redevelopment plan, and will tour some downtown condos. A light lunch will be provided at 12:30pm inside Village Real Estate Office.

Dogs Policy We discourage bringing dogs, they are not allowed in the buildings we will be visiting.
Parking
Parking is available all over downtown. The closest areas are 3rd Ave N & Church Street or the public parking garage on 3rd Ave N between Union & Church and on Church between 3rd & 4th. The library parking lot between 6th & 7th off Church is also an option; however, parking is not free- probably $4-$6.
Meet inside the Village office located at 301 Church Street, right on the corner of 3rd Ave & Church St. We will then take a round trip tour of downtown, ending at the Village office.
