Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! Through adventure we promote health, community service, and environmental awareness. Check out our calendar and pick the adventure that’s right for you!

Living Well Marketplace (Franklin)

Come and Learn how to use Earth friendly products for you, your home, garden, and your work at the Living Well Marketplace. From cutting edge technologies and eco chic fashion to better energy efficiency and sustainable outdoor living, if it’s Green and it’s Kind – it’s here! We’ll introduce you to businesses and groups in our region that will help you make choices you feel good about. All presented in an entertaining way like you’ve never seen before. If you are looking for green products, this marketplace is simply too good to miss!
When: Saturday, March 10th from 12noon- 6pm
Where: The Factory at Franklin (Liberty Hall & Heritage Room)

Fun for the Kiddos!
There will be plenty of fun things for the kids to do at this event, including the Team Green booth! While you adults are learning about Team Green’s upcoming trips and how Leave No Trace guidelines help make our events Green, the kids can be playing at Team Green’s “Help Your Parents Pack” Game Booth where they can choose from a pile of fun cardboard cut-out items and place the correct camping essentials in their backpack. Should they pack their tennis shoes, or their bathing suit? How about the computer or their fish bowl? Kids will learn what is important to pack and why. Kids who pack the right items will win a prize, and every kid will receive a “Kids Camping Checklist” to bring home.
