Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! Through adventure we promote health, community service, and environmental awareness. Check out our calendar and pick the adventure that’s right for you!

Habitat For Humanity Build Day

Sunday, March 09 from 6:30am to 3:00pm
Team Green is volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Sunday, March 9th at the brand new location: Timberwood, our latest all-Habitat, all-volunteer built neighborhood located in North Nashville off Brick Church Pike and Briley Parkway. Team Green will be volunteering for the following tasks:
Finish roof sheathing
Install fascia
Install exterior doors
Install truss bracing
Build and install bird boxes
Clean up site
All tools will be provided plus water, snacks, and lunch. Please arrive at 6:30am for the instructional meeting and it would be ideal if volunteers can help til 3:00pm.
To Volunteer
All volunteers will receive a discount off a Team Green Membership that can be used by the individual or given as a gift. To volunteer, email Team Green Additional details will be sent to all volunteers. Thank you for your support!
