Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! DOWNTOWN GREENWAY HIKE!

Join Team Green on Nashville’s beloved Downtown Greenway for a special event Saturday, April 12. Meet at the Farmer’s Market in front of Gardens of Babylon for a downtown walking tour on a casual 2-4 mile walk. This is a perfect event for people of all ages and ability levels as well as a way to learn more about the downtown and riverfront development. Guides will be Mark Deutschmann, CEO of Village Real Estate Services, and local guide Bob Brandt, local historian, Middle TN trail book author, Metro Parks Greenways Commission member and GFN board member. Mark is the expert on urban Nashville’s residential real estate scene and will discuss exciting new developments in and around downtown so you can get the inside scoop.
We will have FREE coffee and muffins. ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE A GOODIE BAG AND CAN REGISTER TO WIN A RAFT!
This event is sponsored by Village Downtown and will be a guided tour and FREE! No reservations needed and open to the public. We will then eat lunch at the Farmer’s Market together.

Yes the walk will conclude by 11:30am. Since the walk is out and back then you are welcome to turn around whenever you would like.
