Who is Team Green?
Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! Through adventure we promote health, community service, and environmental awareness. Check out our calendar and pick the adventure that’s right for you!

Evening Cook-Out & Hike
Details
When
Sunday, March 2nd at 5:30pm
Join us at Warner Parks for an evening cook-out under the stars with a warm fireplace and home-cooked/ grilled food. Come down to the Warner Parks Deep Wells entrance to one of the first three shelters, located on your right after you enter the park- look for the Team Green banners- you can’t miss us.
What to Bring
Bring a dish to grille for yourself and a side dish to share. Feel free to bring your own warm or cold beverages (please note that this is Metro Park so no alcohol is permitted). Bring a light and blanket and cook some s’mores under the fire.
Hike
If you want to hike, arrive at 4:00 at the shelter and we will hike the Mossy Ridge loop. Bring a flashlight just in case we get caught in the dark.
This event is open to the public, free, and great for all ages. No reservations needed.
Directions to Warner Parks
Meet at the Warner Parks Deep Wells entrance. Take Highway 100 all the way past Belle Meade and the Harris Teeter. Continue for aprox another 2 miles and after you pass Vaughn Rd on your right, turn Left into the park where two stone pillars are located. If you are coming from Old Hickory Blvd, Take Highway 100 east towards town and look for the park entrance on your right. Drive into the entrance, bare right down the hill and look for the Team Green signs at one of the shelter.
