Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! In-home air pollution isn’t a big concern to most people, but it’s definitely a topic worth knowing about. If you have headaches at home, dry skin, itchy eyes, or have a difficult time sleeping, there could be harmful air particles in your home. Come out to this month’s Engage Green Workshop: Indoor Air Quality with HealthWay Direct and the American Lung Association this Wednesday, May 18th from 6-7:30pm. Learn quick, easy and affordable tips to reduce the harmful air particle count in your home while bringing in more of the good stuff! We’ll witness an in home air quality test demonstration at Tuned-In Cafe! The kitchen will be open late, so enjoy a coffee or sandwich during the event! Come on out! It’s a free event, and we’ll be giving away some free home air quality tests for your own home!
