Team Green Adventures was established by Lightning 100 (WRLT 100.1 FM) in 1996 as a way to get our listeners involved in an active lifestyle. Since then, our audience has expanded to other cities and states, with members across the Nation and events across the Globe! Bald Eagle Day Hike

Saturday, January 29th
Join Team Green Adventures and fellow hikers from the Bowling Green Hiking Meetup as “Kentucky Phil” leads an 8-10 mile hike through Land Between the Lakes during prime Bald Eagle siting season! Our original planned date of January 22nd was postponed due to icy road conditions near Land Between the Lakes. Spots are still open for our new hike date, January 29th!
January and February are prime bird watching months as Bald Eagles (and maybe Golden Eagles) from the Great Lakes region are overwintering in the balmy Kentucky weather.
